Where It All Began

When I was three years old, my father made the mistake of putting a fishing rod in my hand. I haven’t put it down since. Growing up in Montana, fishing has always been a huge part of my life. Fishing in Alaska was always a dream of mine, so I decided to make it my career. I became a Licensed Alaskan fishing guide and spent my first three years training with local fishermen and learning the local style. I became a licensed captain in 2018 and at the end of 2019 I bought my first boat, Slay Ride, and started my first fishing season running my own company in 2020.

Due to world events at the time, I was forced to take time off from accepting new tours, and instead used this time to explore the local area and expand my knowledge on fish, the ocean, and the patterns of nature. Later, in 2022, I upgraded with my second boat, Dealer’s Choice. I continue to learn new things all the time, and take pride in using this knowledge to bring you straight to the prize.

I love finding new ways to catch fish and am always evolving with the times. I love what I do and once we catch you a couple of Alaskan Salmon, you will too.
